If you wanna pack on mass fast, I highly recommend the McDonald's brand of supplements. In particular, their Big Mac supplements taste great, aren't ridiculously expensive per calorie, and I gained serious mass in my abdomen while taking them.

Mass gainer people think they will get swole, but they will get them swole bellies. It comes down to the basics, shakes are just another way to source your calories and macros. Eat real food and use shakes sparingly. They can help if you supplement them right.
It was a joke, by that meaning, some people don't understand what mass gainers are which is basically a lot of calories in a shake. So they will misuse them and consume way over the calories they should be, making them gain fat.
You've got to eat big to get big. An example: chicken breast - broccoli - sweet potato. Train hard/smart & get enough sleep. Also keep hydrated with water. There isn't a quick cheap fix!
Tall D&H that's only like 400-500 calories right there. Better add something else to that meal or you're gonna be eating way too many meals than is necessary

I can't lie I used to use gainers a lot as I weighed only 126 pounds/57kg/9stone. They really worked for me because I have a fast metabolism as well and I did a lot of cardio. Now that I'm the size I want, I don't even use supplements anymore, just eat right. Someone trying to gain weight will try anything tbh

There is no recommended amount of sugar other than zero. We don't need it. The maximum "advised" amounts are currently seen as rough borders between smaller and bigger health detriments. At least, this is how I understand it.

What I've learned being slim with a fast metabolism: I have taken weight gainers in the past (I had a shake that gave me 28g protein and 77g carbs per serve), I packed on 9 extra kg's (20 pounds) in under 6 months with regular exercise, I looked the best I ever had at that point but I really did not feel good as it was loaded with trash and I got really sick. I transitioned away from carbohydrates and eat 12 eggs a day to give me lots of fat for energy (also egg protein is one of the easiest to digest), I dropped weight fast in the beginning and felt really good and over a few months I started to put the weight back on again in a way that was much more natural. At the end of the day it comes down to what you believe from what you hear and how badly you want the change. Good video BTW

Thank you for being truthful to the young generation. I really wish youtube existed in my youth and I had access to all this knowledge you are sharing. I had to learn the hard way and made many mistakes along the way. Training with the Seals in the 70s was brutal and no picnic.
So I suffer from parosmia. I was overweight at 230ibs right after Covid. I lost the will to eat. Went 2 weeks without eating. I took my multivitamin an drank milk. That was it. For 2 straight weeks. On God. After that. I lost 20 pounds. From there. I started to eat again. An intermittent fasting. Then switched to cycling in the intermittent fasting. Fast forward 9months later I’ve lost 75ibs I’m 28 years old. Now I’m underweight. I figured mass gainer wouldn’t be the greatest thing. But I struggle with eating now that my stomach is shrunk. I can only take in about 800cal worth of whole food. That’s about as much my stomach can take now. I use to eat 4,000 a day when I was fat. Lol what I’m doing now. I still try to prioritize eating. But I cycle through mass gainer, whey, an casien. I don’t take the full dose. I I take half the dose of mass gainer then supplement the rest with either whey. Or casiegn depending if I’m going to bed or getting done with my workout. I only take mass gainer for the extra calories. I don’t take it to supplement for a meal. So throughout the day I get my full dose of mass gainer. In a healthier way. Less calories in the servings. Same amount of protein. I take 3 shakes a day. 2 of them I split with mass gainer. Getting 125g of protein roughly. Any tips on how to grow an appetite? Lol cause I do eat. I eat 2 times a day now. But only like 1700 calories total not including the shakes. An I want to bulk up now that I’m lean an 5 pounds underweight.

Love your video but I was also on the thin side before I started working out , I started to tak mass gainer to help me gain size and after 6 months it was clear it had helped a lot I went from being 140 to being 178 of course I also ate 4 times a day including protein 5 , I can say a mass gainer helped me gain weight which also lead to muscle gain

There is no recommended amount of sugar other than zero. We don't need it. The maximum "advised" amounts are currently seen as rough borders between smaller and bigger health detriments. At least, this is how I understand it.

You've saved me from some dumb purchases that I would have made had i not seen your videos and you give us the best workout info and nutrition advice. What I've learned being slim with a fast metabolism: I have taken weight gainers in the past (I had a shake that gave me 28g protein and 77g carbs per serve), I packed on 9 extra kg's (20 pounds) in under 6 months with regular exercise, I looked the best I ever had at that point but I really did not feel good as it was loaded with trash and I got really sick. I transitioned away from carbohydrates and eat 12 eggs a day to give me lots of fat for energy (also egg protein is one of the easiest to digest), I dropped weight fast in the beginning and felt really good and over a few months I started to put the weight back on again in a way that was much more natural. At the end of the day it comes down to what you believe from what you hear and how badly you want the change. Good video BTW

So I suffer from parosmia. I was overweight at 230ibs right after Covid. I lost the will to eat. Went 2 weeks without eating. I took my multivitamin an drank milk. That was it. For 2 straight weeks. On God. After that. I lost 20 pounds. From there. I started to eat again. An intermittent fasting. Then switched to cycling in the intermittent fasting. Fast forward 9months later I’ve lost 75ibs I’m 28 years old. Now I’m underweight. I figured mass gainer wouldn’t be the greatest thing. But I struggle with eating now that my stomach is shrunk. I can only take in about 800cal worth of whole food. That’s about as much my stomach can take now. I use to eat 4,000 a day when I was fat. Lol what I’m doing now. I still try to prioritize eating. But I cycle through mass gainer, whey, an casien. I don’t take the full dose. I I take half the dose of mass gainer then supplement the rest with either whey. Or casiegn depending if I’m going to bed or getting done with my workout. I only take mass gainer for the extra calories. I don’t take it to supplement for a meal. So throughout the day I get my full dose of mass gainer. In a healthier way. Less calories in the servings. Same amount of protein. I take 3 shakes a day. 2 of them I split with mass gainer. Getting 125g of protein roughly. Any tips on how to grow an appetite? Lol cause I do eat. I eat 2 times a day now. But only like 1700 calories total not including the shakes. An I want to bulk up now that I’m lean an 5 pounds underweight.

Love your video but I was also on the thin side before I started working out , I started to tak mass gainer to help me gain size and after 6 months it was clear it had helped a lot I went from being 140 to being 178 of course I also ate 4 times a day including protein 5 , I can say a mass gainer helped me gain weight which also lead to muscle gain

For people wanting a cheap gainer, just go for -> Peanut butter. It's around 600kcal per 100g.
Mix that shit with blueberries, oatmeal, and milk, some protein powder, and you got yourself all you need.
